Meet Gina

Gina is an experienced administrator, having attended Portsmouth University studying towards a BA(Hons) in Business Studies, and then going on to complete over 12 years’ Service in the Royal Air Force. Gaining knowledge that covers all aspects of HR and management as well as achieving a Commendation for her achievements.

With a wealth of experience and transferable skills from her time in the Forces, Gina’s background in Pay & Allowances, Welfare, Discipline, Recruitment, Human Resources and her ability to work in high-pressure environments and deliver high-quality work within deadlines is commendable.

Her previous roles of leading internal administration, overseeing group operations including inhouse accounting functions, people management and key supplier partner relationship management, dealing with senior stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures, showcases her adaptability and capability in various roles.

Gina’s passion coupled with her natural enthusiasm and strong relationship skills, Gina prides herself in being able to offer a multifaceted and reliable service to her account base.

Gina will be supporting with HR Admin, Social Media and Document creation.

Fun fact: Gina used to spend her time being winched from a helicopter onto a cliff edge, flying in Hercules aeroplanes and paragliding….I can’t say the work we will do here will be that exciting but I admire her bravery!

Meet Nick

Nick is an experienced copywriter, qualified marketer (CIM), and trained Proofreader (PTC). He writes creative copy that helps businesses to reach new audiences and promote their services.

Specialising in long-form content, he enjoys writing blogs, technical articles, website copy, research pieces and company handbooks & documentation. He gets to know the businesses and people he works with so that he can bring their stories to life in words.

Before freelancing, Nick worked across government, private and charity sectors, with previous employers including the BBC and Cabinet Office.

Nick will be helping with Content Creation, Email Campaigns, Research and Data . 

Fun fact: When he’s not scribbling away, Nick loves to travel. During a trip to New Zealand, he spent 101 nights living in a small van while exploring the country.

Meet Gloria

Ahhh, the wonderful Gloria! Everybody needs a Gloria in their lives!

Gloria has been working alongside me since July 2021. The value and support she has given me has been immeasurable. 

Whilst she doesn't DO HR , she provides support with research, social media scheduling, email marketing tasks. 

Fun fact: Gloria used to be (however I think she still is) a boy band fanatic ... think Boyzone and backstreet boys!

Meet Kirstin

Kirstin is my HRIS & Excel Data Expert! However, is a dab hand at formatting HR docs to the 'nth degree! Although, Kirstin is recent to self employment she has an HRIS history of around 6 years.

Kirstin says her favourite task is... "I do love Excel especially when it comes to HR data – I know most people hate it but it’s the geek in me! VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, Slicers are magic to me. You can save so much time with it! I know you don’t believe me but it’s true!"

Fun fact: Kirstin started out working as a Primary School Teacher.

Meet Chloe

Prior to my VA business I was a PA for a lovely HR Manager for nearly 8 years, before taking a career break for 3 years to have my two boys and relocate from the Wirral to Essex.

I have two boys Billy 7 and Fred 5 along with our gorgeous pooch Pablo who is our baby.

After starting my VA business, I have been working alongside Recruitment specialists and HR consultants and loved every minute.

I love anything 'admin' and always up for learning new things.

Fun Fact: I once swam with Great White Sharks in Cape Town, SA.

Meet Lou

For over 20 years, I’ve been the go-to Executive Assistant for top-level leaders. I spent the last 5 years in HR, so I understand the people side of business just as well as the administrative side. I hold CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications and am a fully-fledged member of the CIPD.

I'm not all business, though - I'm also a certified diving instructor with both PADI and SSI and I've taught first aid to divers and co-workers alike.As a certified Mental Health First Aider, I bring a calm, supportive presence to any high-pressure situation. Whether I'm coordinating a board meeting or handling a people emergency, I stay cool, collected and ready to dive into any challenge.

At home, I’m managed by my three feline executives: Lola the full-on diva, Biscuit the low-key queen and Fins, the sasstastic moggie extraordinaire. Clients often say I'm the right fit because I'm that rare mix of highly reliable and fun to work with.
