My pricing structure is very flexible as I know that not every month will have the same level of work. To support this, I offer the following options:

Adhoc

£40 per hour. 

Choose this option if you don’t know the level of work you will need to delegate or start off on ad hoc to gauge the level of work on a month by month basis.

Retainer Packages

Choose this option if you know you will have a higher level of work to delegate.

These rates can be used every month or if you know you only want to book 10 hrs for one month and drop back to the ad hoc rate after then this is the flexible option for you.

Hours won’t be rolled over to the following month therefore you need to use them each month to gain most benefit.

Hours used over the retainer amount each month will be charged at my hourly rate of £40 per hour.

Day Rate

Book myself or one of my team for a FULL Day of 6 hrs for £300!

Choose this option if you have a specific task to complete.

Project Rate

If you have a project to complete prices will be calculated according to the project involved. (POA)

Service Levels, Payment Terms and Turnaround times

Response to emails/calls is within 24-48 hours within my standard business hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (UK time).

Standard payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice.

LR Virtual HR Assistant Ltd is not VAT registered.

All work is time tracked and reports will be provided along with the monthly invoice.

LR Virtual HR Assistant Ltd reserves the right to increase prices on an annual basis and will do so by giving at least 2 months’ notice in writing.
